• While you are in Cyberduck, you need to drag the “unlock” file from the desktop to the /Applications folder. Then, turn off your iPhone and take the SIM card out. Turn the iPhone back on and click on the “unlock” application. Your screen should say “all files found. Ready to go. Press Start.” Follow these instructions, and in about 20 minutes, all of the files will be installed.
